The Ordering Process
All orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It means that we have received your order in our system and have preauthorized your chosen payment method for the purchase.
In case the item ordered is unavailable for any reason, we will void the preauthorization charge and contact you via email or any other method you have provided.
Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Most of our orders are shipped from within Australia. Delivery times are fairly short and tracking information will be provided to you via email as soon as it is available. Please, see the delivery time ranges below:
Fast: 7-9 business days
Medium: 10-20 business days
Slow: 21+ business days
*Most brands ship only to Australia, however ACDC brand can ship overseas and in some circumstances we may be able to ship to other countries for the other brands.

The items will be shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed and also payment is received into our bank account.
Total delivery time:
9 business days approx from time of order to time of delivery, it can be longer if your payment takes longer to be transferred from our website host to our bank account.
*In the case where an item is unavailable at the moment, the delivery will take 9-21+ days.
